It covers the two situations in which foreign clients contact me most often, and it says plainly how the work is organised, what it costs and in what language it is conducted.

I run a law practice in Wrocław and take cases across Poland. I handle criminal and fiscal criminal matters, compensation after medical malpractice and after accidents, and copyright. I represent clients before the prosecutor, the courts and insurers.
I am not a claims company and not an intermediary. I run the case myself: I read the documents, I write the pleadings, I appear at the hearings. What you tell me is protected by attorney professional secrecy, and my professional liability is covered by the indemnity insurance that is mandatory for Polish attorneys.

How I work

English in writing, interpreter in court
I conduct correspondence in English. At hearings an interpreter is appointed, and for a defendant who does not speak Polish sufficiently the interpreter is free of charge.
Fees agreed in writing, before any work starts
The fee is set out in writing at the outset and does not change as the case goes on. Criminal defence is always paid work, including the first assessment of the situation. In compensation matters the first assessment costs nothing, because it is the only honest way to say whether a claim is worth pursuing.
Professional secrecy and insurance
Everything you tell me is covered by attorney professional secrecy under Polish law, without any time limit and also if no engagement follows. Polish attorneys carry mandatory professional indemnity insurance.
